Rockwood offers a customized Amended Insolvency Exclusion endorsement. The unique wording exempts any carrier "guaranteed by a governmental body" from the exclusion. As a member of the various state insurance guarantee associations, business written through American Resources Insurance Company would be covered – even in the event of carrier insolvency.
